Scheduling
Once you decide to proceed with your procedure with anesthesia, we will coordinate with you and your dentist's office for a date that works for everyone.
Deposit
To secure the appointment, you will be asked to make a deposit that may be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled after cancellation window. Please refer to financial agreement for more information.
The deposit will be applied toward your anesthesia invoice at the conclusion of your appointment.
Payment
The fee for anesthesia is an out of pocket expense as we are considered out-of-network for all insurances.
The anesthesia fee is estimated based on the dentist’s estimated operating time, anesthesia preparatory time and the individual response to the anesthetic agents used. This estimate will be given to you prior to scheduling your appointment. Full payment must be paid by the patient prior to or on the day of surgery.
Manhattan Dental Anesthesia accepts cash or credit card. (No personal checks)
For your convenience, payment plan is available through Care Credit with 6 month payment plan at 0% interest. Please contact us for more information.
Manhattan Dental Anesthesia is a fee-for-service practice
We are not in-network with any insurance providers and anesthesia fee will be billed directly to the patient
Your dental or medical insurance provider might provide reimbursement. We are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company
